Though we found the methods used in the Everloss diet to be safer than many other rapid weight loss strategies it still left us asking the question, is rapid weight loss really that safe?
The answer is, it depends. We've all seen the show, The Biggest Loser. Those people are losing weight rapidly. In fact, that's the whole goal. They are doing so under the watchful eye of professional dieticians, and personal fitness trainers, so no doubt they are getting the best advice possible. Obviously, aside from the potential of heart attack, it can't be that unhealthy to lose weight rapidly providing you go about it the right way. The producers of the show wouldn't risk a hefty lawsuit by putting contestants in mortal danger.
Starvation diets, or weight loss programs that use system flush strategies are the wrong way to go about losing weight rapidly. Not only will you be doing yourself harm, but the weight loss is likely to be temporary, and thus you've put yourself in danger for no good reason.
What we liked when we reviewed the Everloss diet was the fact that the folks promoting this system have actually come up with a fundamentally sound diet and exercise plan that exposes clients to none of the risks usually associated with these rapid weight loss internet fad diets. It does stretch credulity somewhat that it is possible to lose 23 lbs in a single month with these methods, but it is certainly possible if you want to put a little work into it.
So rapid weight loss is indeed possible, but must be approached intelligently, and remember that eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly should be part of any weight loss plan. Consulting a licensed physician, a dietician and employing the services of a personal trainer are all recommended before you undertake any of these plans.
